Revoke 2 Bar Tags on Morals

The liquor licenses of two Manhattan cafes were revoked yesterday by the State Liquor Authority, one on charges of allowing homosexuals to loiter on the premises and the other for allowing women to solicit for immoral purposes. The cafes were the Tic Toc Club, 1048 Second Ave., owned by Jack and Yetta Baruchow, of 2250 83d St., Brooklyn, and the Old Europe Cafe, Inc., 2637 Broadway, owned by Gereneldo Vidal, of 561 W. 179th St., and Angel D. Pagan, of 422 Queen Anne Road, Teaneck, N.J.
